On June 15, 2026, Brad Hearst joined Sunstar Insurance Group as Executive Vice President, National Growth and Sales Strategy, leading the company’s expansion through strategic sales execution, producer support, and national growth initiatives including sales strategy, performance management, and practice group alignment. In this role, he works closely with regional directors and the leadership team to strengthen sales culture, enhance consistency, and accelerate growth.

Brad brings extensive insurance industry leadership experience with a focus on driving organic growth, developing high performing sales organizations, and building disciplined processes that deliver measurable results across diverse markets. His background as a producer, business development director, practice leader, and executive positions him to make an immediate impact across Sunstar.
