Barry Blumberg

Barry Blumberg is the President of Blumberg and Associates, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with additional offices in Denham Springs and Ponchatoula. He also serves as the Regional Director for Louisiana at Sunstar Insurance Group.

A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration, Barry began his career at a large Louisiana-based agency before co-founding his own firm. In 1990, he launched Blumberg and Associates and has led the agency as both Producer and President, and eventually as CEO. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1982.

Blumberg and Associates joined the Sunstar family in June 2024 and is proud to be part of the organization.
