Brad Hearst serves as Executive Vice President, National Growth and Sales Strategy at Sunstar Insurance Group, leading the company’s expansion through strategic sales execution, producer support, and national growth initiatives including sales strategy, performance management, and practice group alignment. He partners closely with regional directors and the leadership team to strengthen sales culture, enhance consistency, and accelerate growth.
Brad brings extensive insurance industry leadership experience with a focus on driving organic growth, developing high performing sales organizations, and building disciplined processes that deliver measurable results across diverse markets. His background as a producer, business development director, practice leader, and executive positions him to make an immediate impact across Sunstar.
Brad is a devoted family man with four boys and spends much of his time supporting their activities and sporting events. Outside of family life, he enjoys playing golf and tennis and is an avid St. Louis sports fan, supporting the Blues, Cardinals, and City SC, along with the Minnesota Vikings. He also serves as an adjunct professor in an MBA program.
