Kris Siple

Kris serves as Director of M&A at Sunstar Insurance Group, driving the organization’s partnership strategy and overseeing the deal lifecycle with internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Previously, he was part of a national broker’s M&A team, where he managed acquisitions from initial evaluation through due diligence to integration, acting as a trusted partner to agency principals. Kris started his career at KPMG, providing audit and advisory services to clients across the software, insurance, and life sciences sectors, and later held a position at Radian Group, focusing on financial reporting, valuation, and strategic forecasting.

Kris is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his MBA from Lehigh University, along with a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from West Chester University.
