Kyle O’Dell

Kyle serves as the Dean of Sunstar Insurance Group University (SIGU), where he oversees company-wide training programs focused on workflows, Sunstar products, and industry education. SIGU supports employees at all levels by offering tailored learning experiences, skill-building opportunities, and best practice resources.

In addition to his role with SIGU, Kyle is the Chief Operating Officer at Chapman & Hogan. He leads strategic operations and drives growth initiatives, with a focus on operational excellence and delivering innovative client solutions that support the agency’s long-term vision.
