Lionel “LP” Philips

Lionel “LP” Phillips joined Sunstar Insurance Group in February 2023 as the Corporate Training Manager. In this role, he leads the design and delivery of new hire onboarding, ongoing education, and professional development programs across the organization. LP develops and implements strategies for key platforms such as Microsoft, Zywave, InsuredMine, and the Sunstar Insurance Group University (SIGU) learning management system.
