Tammy Brewer

Tammy Brewer is the Licensing and Contract Coordinator for Sunstar Insurance Group. She began her insurance career in 1993 in Perryville, Missouri, where she supported personal, commercial, life, and health accounts.

In 2004, Tammy joined Lakenan Insurance Agency as an Administrative Assistant, continuing her work across multiple lines of insurance. With a change in ownership in 2013, she transitioned into the role of Operations Manager at Lakenan Insurance of Perryville.

Following the 2019 merger of Lakenan Insurance of Perryville with the main Lakenan agency, Tammy became the Office Manager for the Perryville location. Her deep expertise in licensing and contracting led her to join the Sunstar Corporate Team, where she took on the role of Licensing Coordinator in 2021. She now manages agency and producer licensing across the organization. In 2022, she expanded her responsibilities to include Contracting Coordinator, overseeing carrier and broker ownership transitions for new acquisitions.
