Bob Fiss

Bob Fiss has been President and CEO of Johnston Fiss Insurance in Kansas City for 22 years. Bob graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration.

Upon graduation he joined his family’s firm Fiss-Clogston Insurance, and served as an insurance and surety bond broker for the firm’s construction related clients. In 1999, Bob and his brother Scott acquired the Johnston Insurance Agency and merged the two firms together creating Johnston Fiss Insurance serving clients in the Kansas City Metro area.

Bob serves as the CEO of the new organization managing financial agency operations as well as personal client service focusing on commercial lines of insurance in construction, real estate, and main street business. Bob and his wife Kim have four children and three grandchildren that they enjoy traveling to see as much as possible.
