J. Scott Brothers, CIC

Scott Brothers is President and CEO of The Insurancenter located in Joplin, Missouri. He serves on the executive committee for Sunstar Insurance Group.

After graduating from Missouri Southern State University, Scott began his career at The Insurancenter in 1974 and rose to his current position as President in 1985. Scott holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and is a graduate of the Insurance Agency Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Scott served as the President of the Missouri Association of Insurance Agents. Scott also was the former Missouri state National Director of IIABA.
