Jason Swindle

Jason Swindle serves a CEO of TIG Advisors and as Sunstar’s Employee Benefits Practice Leader. He is also a member of The Sunstar Insurance Group Executive Committee. As CEO of TIG, Jason positions the organization to accomplish its mission of helping clients manage risk and achieve greater success. Jason is primarily focused on the strategic leadership and growth of TIG, creating a culture of positive impact, and the expansion of product lines and service offerings.

As Sunstar’s Employee Benefits Practice Leader, Jason guides the rapidly growing benefits practices across Sunstar’s enterprise. As a risk advisor and leader, Jason helps Sunstar’s advisors and employers chart a new path toward savings, sustainability and success by engaging transparent partners, ensuring protection through contractual risk management, leveraging actionable health intelligence and implementing relevant cost containment solutions.

Jason has a business degree from the University of Missouri where he was tapped into prestigious honor societies such as QEBH and Mortar Board. Additionally, Jason holds several industry designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Group Benefit Associate (GBA), a designation awarded by IFEBP and the Wharton School of Business. Jason is also one of approximately 100 advisors to be certified with Health Rosetta.
