Jason Swindle

Jason Swindle serves as Midwest Regional Director for Sunstar Insurance Group, where he oversees operations across Missouri and Minnesota. He is also a member of Sunstar’s Executive Committee. In this role, he partners with agency leadership teams across the region to drive growth, strengthen performance, develop talent, and foster collaboration throughout the Sunstar enterprise.

Jason helps partner agencies leverage the collective resources, expertise, and best practices of the Sunstar network while maintaining the entrepreneurial culture and local relationships that drive success. His focus is on accelerating organic growth, expanding capabilities, and developing future leaders.

In addition to his Regional Director responsibilities, Jason serves as Sunstar’s Employee Benefits Practice Leader, helping guide the strategic direction and continued growth of Sunstar’s benefits platform. He works with advisors and employers to implement innovative approaches to healthcare risk management, cost containment, data analytics, and employee benefits strategy. Jason is also the CEO of TIG Advisors, one of Sunstar’s partner agencies. He leads the firm’s strategic vision and growth while continuing to advise employers on complex employee benefits and risk management challenges.

Jason earned his business degree from the University of Missouri, where he was selected to the QEBH and Mortar Board honor societies. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Group Benefit Associate (GBA) designations and is among a select group of advisors certified through Health Rosetta.
